This policy explains what personal data PRALOJ LTD (“we”, “us”) collects when you interact with our Instagram account, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why
We only process data that you actively provide, or that is necessary in order to answer you.

We never contact people who did not contact us first. A message is only ever sent in reply to a comment or a message you sent to us. We do not buy, scrape or import contact lists.
3. Legal basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by contacting us and by voluntarily sending your contact details, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7).
4. Automated replies
Some replies are generated automatically. An automated assistant may answer your first message and may ask for your name and phone number. To do this, the text of your message is processed by a language model provided by DeepSeek. Message text is sent for processing only; it is not used to train external models. You can always ask to speak to a person, and a member of our team will take over.
5. Who else receives your data
- Meta Platforms (Instagram) — the conversation itself takes place on Instagram and is subject to Meta’s own privacy policy.
- DeepSeek — processes message text in order to generate replies and to recognise a name and phone number, as described above.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
6. Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers under our control. Contact details are kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, and are deleted at the latest 24 months after your last contact with us — or earlier if you ask us to delete them.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected].

8. Security
Access to stored data is restricted to authorised staff. Access credentials and tokens are stored encrypted, and connections to our systems are encrypted in transit.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
