Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete all personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason.
How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion” and include one of the following so we can identify your record:
- your Instagram username, or
- the phone number you gave us.
Alternatively, simply reply “delete my data” in the Instagram conversation you had with us, and we will treat that as a deletion request.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request.
- We delete your name, phone number, the stored conversation content and any record linked to your Instagram username from our systems.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days, normally much sooner.
- We confirm to you once it is done.
Please note: the comment you posted and the messages inside Instagram itself belong to your own Instagram account. We can delete our copy, but content that lives in your Instagram account must be removed by you in the Instagram app.
Data we may have to keep
If we are legally required to retain certain records — for example accounting records where an actual business relationship was concluded — we will restrict that data from any further use instead of deleting it, and delete it once the legal retention period ends.
